OUR TRAINING
All of our in-house training courses are delivered by Clickafix trainers who are experts in their field and trained as educators. Our courses last for a total of sixty hours, and this is broken down into sessions that fit your business needs.
The courses are hands-on and support individuals to learn their trade as well as how to provide effective customer service. All the training, the trainer and the course materials are provided by Clickafix and follow a standardised format to ensure that each candidate gets the right level of education.
